Staff can check a customer in and out when they arrive or depart from a Reservation. This feature in the Dashboard adds a timestamp on a Reservation and can help track customers and reservation data. Additionally, once a Reservation has been checked in and checked out, it’s possible to then change its status to an Archived state. This is most helpful in careful tracking or sorting of Reservation data.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & ARCHIVE RESERVATIONS
Changing the Status of a Reservation is simple! Viewing any Reservation from the ACTIVITY tab will give the option to Check-In, Check-Out and/or Archive.
RECORDING A PRIOR CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & ARCHIVE
Recording a prior Check-In, Check-Out or Archived Reservation is simple. Follow the same process used in the above image but indicate that you’d like to Record a Prior… and update the Reservation Status with a custom date and time.
