Bookables offer four unique statuses which determine both the availability and visibility of your Bookables on your Booking Site.
- Active: Bookables set to this status will be available and visible to the public. This is the most common status since it makes a Bookable available and visible wherever it’s accessed.
- Inactive: Bookables set to this status will be unavailable and invisible to the public. It is important to note that upon Bookable creation, bookables are set to Inactive by default. Make sure to set the new Bookable to any other status beforehand if you want a customer to be able to use it.
- Hidden: Bookables set to this status will be available, but not visible to the public. This means customers will not see the Bookable on your Booking Site, but can still access it through a direct link.
- Archived: Bookables set to this status will be unavailable and invisible to the public.
